What information is used.

When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. If you place an order, checkout collects contact details, a delivery address and information about the order and payment.

Order details and payment references are stored for managing the purchase. When card payments are enabled, full card details will be handled by Stripe rather than stored by this shop.

Why it is used.

We use this information to answer questions, arrange and fulfil purchases, manage returns and deal with order or payment enquiries. Information may also be needed for applicable record-keeping requirements and to protect the shop against misuse.

Order information is used to take steps at your request before a purchase and to perform the sales contract. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and keeping the shop secure, and on legal obligations where records must be retained.

The services behind the shop.

• Microsoft Outlook handles our customer support email.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores shop images and order information. Hosting services receive connection information, such as IP addresses, when serving and protecting the site.
• Stripe will process payment details when card payments are enabled.
• Google Fonts provides some of the typefaces. Your browser connects to Google to request these fonts, which shares connection information such as your IP address.
• Delivery and fulfilment partners receive delivery names, addresses and other necessary delivery details to prepare and deliver orders.

These service providers may process information outside the UK. As orders dispatch from China, fulfilment and delivery may also involve processing outside the UK.

Your browser & little favourites.

Your bag and saved favourites use storage on your own browser. This includes product choices and quantities. Temporary checkout information is also kept in the browser to connect a confirmed payment with the relevant bag.

The shop does not currently include advertising pixels or marketing analytics code. Payment and hosting providers may use their own functional or security storage.

How long information is kept.

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, including enquiries, fulfilment, returns or disputes, and any legal record-keeping duties. Please contact us about a specific record; information subject to a legal retention requirement cannot always be deleted immediately.

Your choices & questions.

You can ask about information held about you and request access, correction or deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to restrict or object to its use and to receive a portable copy. These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions.
